Rates and Charges

Reactive and Minor works are charged at the standard hourly service rate.

Larger projects or works exceeding the scope of reactive maintenance will be quoted separately on a fixed price basis.

All quotations are provided in writing prior to commencement of works.

• After Hours

  Carpenter/Labourer/Technician/Handy Man $105 Ex Gst

• All Other Trades POA

  Quoted based on job scope and requirements.

• Critical Call Out Fee $100 Ex Gst (1 days) - plus standard rates apply

• Urgent Call Outs $90 Ex Gst (1-3 days) - plus standard rates apply.

-Hourly rates for labour and equipment as of 1/1/2025.

-All rates below are chargeable plus GST.

-2-hour minimum hire for all categories.

-2-hour minimum hire for days of inclimate weather without 24hr cancelation.

-Hours will be charged from departing depot until return.

-Hourly works, quoted works, programmed works, reactive works & other available.
